- Do you take custom orders?
- I do! Custom orders are the most fun part about what I do. There are endless possibilities as to what can be done, and what materials that can be used (including but not limited to sterling silver, gold plated, gold filled, etc).
- I have a limited amount of orders that I allow myself to take on at once. Click the link below to be directed to purchase whichever custom order slot suits your needs (varies per item). If they are sold out, that means I am currently not accepting customs for that item. Follow me on Instagram @bonedustchains (link on bottom right of website) to stay in the loop about when my customs open again!
- Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
- For my chainwork, I use 304 grade stainless steel which is typically advertised as hypoallergenic, however, it does contains trace amounts of nickel. ALL ear hooks (except some brass items) are 316 surgical grade stainless steel, which is safe for piercings and is hypoallergenic. If you have a metal allergy and would like me to make accommodations, please feel free to submit a custom order form (link below - no slot purchase required at this time), and I will contact you to let you know if the specific accommodation is possible (including but not limited to sterling silver, gold plated, gold filled, etc).

- Do you offer repair services?
- Yes, I offer repairs on most items in my shop. Some items cannot be repaired or replaced due to the nature of them being one of a kind, however, we can always get creative! Please contact heather@bonedustchains.com and I will respond within 1-3 days.
